TERRIBLE HOUSEKEEPER!
Funny name for a realtor, but stop and
think about it. If you want to sell your house, wouldn't you like a
realtor who won't keep it for long? Of course, I can't guarantee that
your home will sell immediately, but I can assure you that I will give
you complete and professional service during the time of your listing.
Once a listing is signed, I will promptly be out to take digital photos
of your property that will appear on both my personal web site and our
Real Estate Professionals office site. A - picture and description will
be sent to the monthly publication of Master List, available @ various
business sights throughout Stillwater. Your home will be featured in the
Stillwater News Press Real Estate Weekly and a variety of personal ads
that I periodically run in the Sunday paper. If you wish, I will hold
Open Houses on Sunday and attach a brochure box to the sign in your
front yard for interested parties. Most importantly, I will be available
to you if needed. I feel there is nothing worse that a client not
receiving immediate response to phone calls. You are always welcome to
call me at the office, on my cell, or at home. There are times I may be
in a meeting, but if you leave a message, you will hear from me shortly.
I know that the sale of a home can be a very stressful time. My purpose
is to see that all aspects of the procedure run smoothly. I will gladly
provide you a Comparative Market Analysis. Just call 405-612-0509 to set
an appointment.
PERSONAL TOUR
Personal tours can be arranged for those thinking of
moving to the area. If you are new, or if your business is in the
process of interviewing prospects, I will gladly provide a tour of the
city, provide welcome packets with maps and brochures of Stillwater and
the surrounding area, and will have my digital camera ready with a disc
for those who wish to snap a few shots to take back to the folks back
home.

NEW TO STILLWATER?
What better way to get acquainted with others than to
become a part of Stillwater Newcomer's Club.
I arrived her in 1997. My husband was involved with
his new job, my son had his new friends at school, and I felt somewhat
left out. That's where Newcomers stepped in. Before long, I was actively
involved in community activities, had many new friends, and even served
as President of the organization for 2 years.
